Mom: Wake up honey. Chris is downstairs waiting for you.
Sarah: Oh my gosh! I woke up too late! I still need a shower and everything!
Right when she said that Chris walked into her room smiling from ear to ear.
Chris: No baby. You're beautiful just like that - now come on, I'm starving.
Sarah: Okay.
Sarah got out of bed, put on some clothes, took his hand, and walked out the door to his car and got in.
Sarah: Where are we going? Remember that I have to be home by 1. I have cheerleading practice and you have football.
Chris: I know...
Then Sarah noticed that Chris was really pale-looking.
Sarah: Chris are you feeling okay? You look like you're sick..
Chris: Yeah; it's just my allergies.
Sarah: Are you sure? Did you go to the doctor yet?
Chris: Yeah.. I went yesterday. They said to take some allergy pills and that I'll be okay.
Sarah turned to look away from Chris.
She knew there was something wrong.
She has allegies and she doesn't look like that.
Then he reached out and held her hand.
Sarah: Chris your hands are so cold. I dont think you're okay tell me what's really wrong... Do we need to go back to the house?
Chris: I promise you baby; everything is okay..They told me to go back tomorrow but I'm not going because there's nothing wrong with me.
Sarah: Chris you need to go! If they told you to then there is something wrong!
Chris let go of her hand and turned back to the road and didn't talk to her the rest of the way.
They finally pulled up to the resturaunt and ate breakfast.
Chris: Did you bring your cheerleading stuff or do we have to go back to your house to get it?
Sarah: I have it.. Do you really think you should go to football practice like that?
Chris: Yes Sarah. I'm fine.
Sarah: If you say so..
Chris: Sarah, baby, would I lie to you?
Sarah: No....
They got back in the car and went to the field.
They got out and started practice.
Sarah was practicing a new cheer, but then out of no where she heard a boy yell,
"HE'S NOT MOVING SOMEONE CALL 911! HELP COACH!"
Right when she heard that she turned around and saw Chris on the ground just laying there, not moving,
She ran to him but her dad pushed her back.
Dad: No honey. You shouldn't be right here.
Sarah started to cry.
Sarah: Daddy. What happened? Is he okay?
Dad: Honey. Please just go back with your coach.
Sarah walked back and sat on the bench with her head in her hands while an ambulance came and took him away.
She got in the car with her dad and they went to the hospital.
When they got there his mom was already there and talking to the doctor.
They walked over and listened....
Doctor: You may want to sit down for this.
Chris's Mom: Is he okay?
Doctor: Ma'am.. your son has lukiemia. We can put him on treatments, but he might not make it because the cancer has spread too much.
Sarah was shocked and began to cry on her dads shoulder.
Chris's Mom: Treatments?
Doctor: Well the treatments would cause hair loss... but it will help slow the cancer down.
Chris's Mom: But he's certain to die?
Doctor: Yes.. but we have had this surgery to clear out the clogs.. but it's possible he will not make it.
Chris's Mom: I will have to talk to him about this. Can we see him now?
Doctor: Yes. One at a time though.
Chris's mom looked over at Sarah and hugged her tight she knew that Sarah loved him with all her heart.
Chris's Mom: You go first sweetheart.
Sarah: Are you sure?
Chris's Mom: Yes honey.
Sarah walked slowly to his room and turned the knob.
She just stood there, looking at him lying there weak.
He was so pale and he had tubes surrounding him.
It was painful for her to look at him.
Chris looked at her weakly and smiled at her.
She went over and kneeled down beside him.
Chris: Did Did they already tell you?
Sarah: Yes...
Chris: I'm sorry Sarah. I didn't want you to find out like this.
Sarah: It's okay; I understand Chris.
Chris: Baby I love you so much.
Chris reached up and slowly ran his fingers through her hair.
Sarah: I love you too Chris. With all my heart.. and I will be here for you 'till the end.
Chris: Im going to be okay Sarah.
The nurse walked in with Chris's mom.
Nurse: Its her turn now.
Chris looked at Sarah.
Chris: Bye baby.
Sarah: Bye.
Sarah kneeled down and softly kissed his cold lips.
Months went by and Chris lost his hair, but they were still deeply in love and Sarah was by him everyday.
Chris was getting worse to where he couldn't even play football, and the championship game was coming up.
Chris was sitting on Sarah's porch with her and her dad.
Chris: Coach.. I wanna play tomorrow.
Dad: Chris I know you do.. but I can't let you do that.. you'll get hurt.
Chris: No, coach. Please. This might be the last time on the field for me. I want to be able to play one more time.
Dad looked at Chris and then at Sarah.
Sarah nodded her head.
Dad: You're a strong boy, Chris, and very brave. I think we can do this.
Chris: Thank you so much coach.
Sarahs dad nodded his head.
Dad: So what are you two doing tonight?
Chris: I wanna show Sarah something if that's okay.
Dad: Of course; you two be careful.
Chris took Sarah's hand and lead her to his car.
It was completely dark outside when they pulled up to the football field.
Sarah: What are we doing here?
Chris: Follow me.
Chris grabbed a blanket and laid it down onto the field.
They both laid there looking at the stars.
Sarah: This is so beautiful.
Chris: I do this often. I wanted to show you the place I love.
Sarah: Do you remember the flowers you gave me on our very first date?
Chris: Sure I do; I gave you lillies; your favorite.
Sarah: Yeah... I'll never forget that day.
Chris: I want you to always remember something Sarah.
Sarah: What is it?
Chris: I will always be with you.. and I will always love you.. you're my one and only..
Sarah started tearing.
Sarah: I love you so much, Chris.
Chris: And I also want you to be happy.. I want you to marry someone, have kids, make a family, just live a happy life for me.
Sarah: No. I will never marry anyone.. im marrying you Chris
Chris: Just don't forget what I told you.
Chris leaned in and kissed her.
She pushed him off and jumped up
Sarah: You still think you can catch me?
Chris: Oh yeah. I'm stronger than I look.
Sarah: Then come get me.
Chris stood up and chaised her around the football feild until he finally caught her.
He laid on top of her and put her hands behind her back and held her there so she couldn't move.
Then it started to rain and they were getting soaked but they didn't care.
Chris looked deep into her eyes.
Chris: Who's the weak one now huh?
Sarah: Me (she giggled)
Chris: Remember what you told me that night when we were at dinner?
Sarah: No.. what?
Chris: You have always wanted to kiss in the rain with the one you love.
Sarah: Yeah?
Chris: Well your wish is my comand.
Chris leaned down and kissed her deeply.
He pulled away.
Chris: You're so beautiful.
Sarah: You're such a good kisser. (she laughed.. so did he)
Chris: I better get you home.
They got into the car and went home.
It was hard for them to sleep that night but they did.
It was finally the big day and they were all at the football field.
Chris had on all his football gear, and Sarah was ready to cheer him on.
The game began.
The crowd was going wild for Chris while Sarah was cheering her heart out for him.
The score was 36 to 36.
All they had to do was make one more point and they would win.
Chris had the ball and ran with all he had to the touchdown line and threw the ball down.
He had made a touch down!
Everyone was cheering.
They had won the game!
But for Chris.. he may have lost his life.
He fell to the ground trying to catch his breath.
Sarah ran to him and kneeled down over him.
He looked up at her gasping for breath.
Everyone was heading to the field.
Her dad stood infront of them.
Dad: Back away.. give them a moment please.. that's my daughter's love.
Chris gently raised his hand and whiped her tears away.
Sarah: Don't die Chris.. I need you.. I love you..
Chris: I told you this was my dream to win the championship.. to be in the big game.. to die on this feild.. I made history.
Sarah leaned down and kissed him, knowing this was the last she would ever kiss him, the last time she would ever talk to him.
She had so much to say but had no time to say it.
Chris: I love you baby. Tell Mom I love her too.. and tell coach thank you.
Sarah: I love you Chris. I love you so much.
Chris: I'll wait for you.....
Chris's hand dropped and he let go.
He died that night on the football feild.
Sarah cried for 2 months straight.
Sarah was lying on her bed when her dad walked in.
Dad: Honey, it's been 2 months. Please get up. He would want you to have fun and be happy.
Sarah: I know..
Dad: Guess what.
Sarah: What?
Dad: They are building a new stadium. Isn't that great honey? Come on, I want you to come with me before they tear the old one down.
Sarah got up and went with her dad to the field.
They climbed to the top of the bleachers and looked down.
Sarah: It's like it was just yesterday. He was out there throwing the football, making that touchdown.
Her dad wrapped his arms around her and she began to cry.
Dad: I know baby.. I know.
Then Sarah noticed something on the feild.
Sarah: Whats that daddy? Look. (Sarah pointed to the field)
Dad: Look like some flowers are blooming.
Sarah: Oh my gosh, daddy! Stop them! Don't let them tear this down! Please! Chris planted me something!!!
Her dad ran down there and stopped them.
Weeks later the flowers had bloomed.
Her and her dad went to look at them.
They were lilies that left a message saying, "I Love You".

I was surprised to see my name on the list.
I was chosen as a substitute teacher for MATH subject?
THE HELL! bakit sa dinami dami. bakit math pa?!
I envy ria and jeanne because they were assigned in PLAYHOUSE. :c
Charles was also chosen to be a sub teacher and we're both in MATH DEPARTMENT.
HAHA. Unlucky of him was he will have to teach 2ND YEAR and 3RD YEAR STUDENTS.

Anyway. The good thing is he only have 3 classes on that particular day.
So he get to see me during his vacant periods. I asked him to just stay in my room and help me
with my class. hehe.ü
I know this will be fun. Another challenge for me again.

I was late for school today.
So I have no choice but to commute because no one is gonna drive me to school
So no choice but to take the easy way. TAXI or TRICYCLE.
both cost P50 and If I take a jeep to school. It will just cost me P6 and a little walk from my house.
I always take the easy way and I never really go for the hard way.
So this morning. Instead of wasting my P50 just for the hike. I decided to just take a jeepney to school.
It cause me a little pain on the foot but it really paid off because I learned something today.
and decided to live by it little by little.
"TRY TO LIVE LIFE LIKE A TYPICAL TEENAGER"
and my own meaning of that is to live my life not in vain. not ONLY in all the good things in life. but I must also try the hard way. Wherein reality is really based upon. Ride a jeepney if I dont need a taxi. Save my money for good and NEEDED things in life. and THATS ALL. HAHA.
Honestly. Im tired of riding a taxi to go somewhere I wanted. Im tired of having EVERYTHING I can have.
I want the other way around. I want to experience something realistic.
Believe me or not. That is how I REALLY FEEL.

January 07: 4th month of SWEETNESS.
We went to starbucks, Trinoma
bought a cake and a gift for my mom and chilled till late afternoon.
stayed there for a while and eventually went to our house right away.
Mom kissed him in the cheeks for the very first time. HAHA.
it was his first kiss from my mom and quite puzzled because he doesn't know how to react on it.
SELOS ako. HAHA.
He gave me a gift and I liked it very much.
and ow. nilibre ko siya for the first time sa starbucks. and sobrang na ilang siya. hehe.ü
hindi siya sanay na ako ang nanlilibre which He told his mom about what happened and his mom said that it isn't right that way. wag daw siya masanay nang ganon. hehe.
and something really made me smile.
When his mom said that He should work hard in the near future kasi magastos daw ako. and his mom is actually talking about married life.
Waaaaaaaa!

I helped my family prepare our media noche. I had fun preparing em'
while waiting for 2008. Something caught my mind.
What will happen to me this 2008?
a lot of things popped into my mind.
Will I be more mature this year?

We went to the mall to pay our post paid bills. While we were in SMART. I charged my phone at the charging station [ obviously ] then I went to sit and watch over my fone. as we were about to leave and I was about to get my fone. A man went straight to the charging station and picked up my phone. Suddenly, i turned red and laughed because He thought my phone were one of the model phones. HAHA : )
He and I just laughed and apologized for what happened.

I was surprised to see my name on the list.
I was chosen as a substitute teacher for MATH subject?
THE HELL! bakit sa dinami dami. bakit math pa?!
I envy ria and jeanne because they were assigned in PLAYHOUSE. :c
Charles was also chosen to be a sub teacher and we're both in MATH DEPARTMENT.
HAHA. Unlucky of him was he will have to teach 2ND YEAR and 3RD YEAR STUDENTS.

Anyway. The good thing is he only have 3 classes on that particular day.
So he get to see me during his vacant periods. I asked him to just stay in my room and help me
with my class. hehe.ü
I know this will be fun. Another challenge for me again.

I was late for school today.
So I have no choice but to commute because no one is gonna drive me to school
So no choice but to take the easy way. TAXI or TRICYCLE.
both cost P50 and If I take a jeep to school. It will just cost me P6 and a little walk from my house.
I always take the easy way and I never really go for the hard way.
So this morning. Instead of wasting my P50 just for the hike. I decided to just take a jeepney to school.
It cause me a little pain on the foot but it really paid off because I learned something today.
and decided to live by it little by little.

and my own meaning of that is to live my life not in vain. not ONLY in all the good things in life. but I must also try the hard way. Wherein reality is really based upon. Ride a jeepney if I dont need a taxi. Save my money for good and NEEDED things in life. and THATS ALL. HAHA.
Honestly. Im tired of riding a taxi to go somewhere I wanted. Im tired of having EVERYTHING I can have.
I want the other way around. I want to experience something realistic.

January 07: 4th month of SWEETNESS.
We went to starbucks, Trinoma
bought a cake and a gift for my mom and chilled till late afternoon.
stayed there for a while and eventually went to our house right away.
Mom kissed him in the cheeks for the very first time. HAHA.
it was his first kiss from my mom and quite puzzled because he doesn't know how to react on it.
SELOS ako. HAHA.
He gave me a gift and I liked it very much.
and ow. nilibre ko siya for the first time sa starbucks. and sobrang na ilang siya. hehe.ü
hindi siya sanay na ako ang nanlilibre which He told his mom about what happened and his mom said that it isn't right that way. wag daw siya masanay nang ganon. hehe.
and something really made me smile.
When his mom said that He should work hard in the near future kasi magastos daw ako. and his mom is actually talking about married life.
Waaaaaaaa!

I asked him why his mom mentioned it.
sabi niya. kasi alam naman daw nang mom niya na mabait siya.

We went to the mall to pay our post paid bills. While we were in SMART. I charged my phone at the charging station [ obviously ] then I went to sit and watch over my fone. as we were about to leave and I was about to get my fone. A man went straight to the charging station and picked up my phone. Suddenly, i turned red and laughed because He thought my phone were one of the model phones. HAHA : )
He and I just laughed and apologized for what happened.

University Student ○ I am currently taking up DENTISTRY which is one of the difficult and the most expensive majors. At first, It was hard dealing with college life, the subjects along with the lessons and its quizzes and projects and of course, the professors and the grades, block mates and the school itself. but as the days go by all the pressure and pleasure, fun, hardships, trials and updates about being a College Student have a sense of fulfillment in the end! :)
Intimidating Friend ○ What is Friend? For me Friend is someone you have that knows how to deal with your drama in life. Someone who accepts you for who you are, Someone who isn't afraid of telling you your wrong doings, Someone who will never turn their back in spite of your mood swings and attitude problems. Someone who will always settle things with you. That's how I define FRIEND. You? How do you define FRIENDSHIP?
Loving Daughter ○ I love my family so much. They are the foundation of my own self. I am the eldest among the family. At this point of time, Pressure of being the eldest do not conquer me, YET. When I was younger, my grandmother nurtured me and took care of me when my Mom was away and still, nurturing and taking care of me at this point of time even Mom is already here for us. I owe my grandmother so much. Though I was spoiled by her in many ways and sometimes unintentionally made things difficult for her because of my wrong doings I still go back and make it up to her. She became a Mother, a Father and a Grandmother to me all at the same time. She's my inspiration in life.
Sweet Girlfriend ○ Oh yes, I am into a long term relationship right now, with my Best Friend. You read it right. Best Friends turned Lovers. Being in love with your best friend is good and easy and being in a relationship with your Best friend isn't better but the BEST! Friendship is a very good foundation of LOVE and I am very much happy to have a relationship with friendship as a foundation but of course, just like any love, Trials and Challenges still come along our way but everything's worth it.
My Dad once told me how they got my name. He said, When mom was laboring, He prayed to Mama Mary and the Angels for Mom's guidance. That's how I got, Mary Angel, from Mama Mary and the Angels and the Belle? Well, Dad said he got that from Mom's name: Bel.
Yes I know, I have a very long name. Haha.

For the obvious fact that I have a very long name, I had difficulty choosing a name to call me, a nickname. Before it was Belle, then it turned to Elle and finally, I settled for one, ELLA. I love that name ever since. It was hard convincing people to call me Ella because they are all used to call me ANGEL but I know they'll get used to it. :)

- Optimistic - I see things on the bright side whenever I have a problem.
- Sweet - I am sweet when it comes to the people I care about. So dont get me wrong.
- Loving - as much as possible I try showing my love but when I dont see anything in return, I might bounce back.
- Sarcastic - I use this to defend my self.
- Frank - When you get into my nerves I could tell the most hurtful word to you. " I say what I mean and mean what I say. "
- Vain - Well, I guess its just a part of being a GIRL.
- Stubborn - Yes. Very Stubborn and Bossy. I want what I want. ( You can ask my mom.)
- Dancer - I love dancing ever since. I just dont have that much passion to get into it.
- Wild - Wild in a sense that I am game for anything. :)
- Spoiled - I was spoiled when I was younger. Before, My grandparents almost give everything I want and need and that was lots of love! I am still spoiled right now, by Lloyd.
- Bitch - I hate people who hurts people's feelings. I stand up for them and that makes me a bitch to you.
- Opinionated - Beware: My opinion contains sarcasm, well not all the time. :D
- Health Freak - I am very much concern when it comes to my body. My hate list includes: Alcohol and Smoke, any kind of smoke.
- Confident - I believe Confidence is one of the most important attitudes of being a person without it you cannot achieve what you want.
- Loud - Only with my friends!
- Moody - Yes, Especially PMS days. My mood swings to one mood to another. At least, Lloyd can handle it. : p
- Sporty - I play badminton. I love swimming and hiking.
- Hard chick - I kick ass! : p
- Outgoing - Is wild and outgoing the same? :D
- Elegant - Simple yet Elegant, that's me! :D
- Mean - Yes, especially if you are also mean to me. I am meaner.
- High Maintenance - Very. Especially when it comes to myself. I have a high standard to the point that people get mad at me because of how I act. I just love myself so much, you know.
- Bestfriends turned Lovers - We were best friends for more than 2 years before we actually had love feelings for each other. The feeling was mutual.
- It wasn't easy - It was really hard because I had a current relationship back then. The story? Here.
- Months of Trials and Hardships - Before we moved in to the next stage, We went through ups and downs to finally be together and I gave him so much challenges to prove himself to me. It was really hard because I was always misunderstood by people and sadly, my own friends for giving him hard time and extreme difficulties and for the fact that my grandmother wont approve to our relationship that time made it all worst but later, my grandmother did understood me.
- April 29, 2009 - We became Official. :) I finally ended all his miseries. ( As if it was very hard. Hahaha ) The story? Here.
- Blissful - For me, A relationship with your best friend is the most blissful relationship. It maybe hard for us at the start but the reward of trials and hardships is incomparable. Why? Its all because of FRIENDSHIP! The foundation of your love is friendship. I tell you, In a relationship like this you have to be open and optimistic. Just like any relationship, this also have downfalls but if you think ahead and look into the brighter side you can surpass anything that gets into your way. Remember: Do not get afraid of committing just because you are afraid of losing the friendship. You have to take the risk if you want to be happy. Truly HAPPY. :)
