IM ON DIET!
The Three Hour Diet

When you wake up in the morning, wait an hour before you eat anything or take anything in. Eat a normal breakfast(rice, meat, coffee, yeah). Then don't eat anything for the next three hours. Have a light snack(crackers are best). After three hours, eat lunch(still the normal lunch). Again, don't eat anything for the next three hours. Then have a light snack. After three hours, THINK IF YOU WANNA HAVE DINNER. If you still do, eat a light dinner. Then after dinner, do not eat anything. So if you want dessert eat it during "dinner".

Studies suggest that people who eat the right foods every three hours lose fat around their middle first! Why? Because when you eat is critical for increasing your energy, suppressing appetite and lowering the levels of cortisol, the belly bulging hormone! A major study at the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto showed that by increasing the frequency of when you eat for just two weeks, subjects reduced their levels of Cortisol by 17%! This study showed that a diet made up of smaller and more frequent meals not only lowered the levels of Cortisol, but also reduced levels of insulin and cholesterol.

If this sounds like something you’d like to try, here are the basic rules for the 3-Hour Diet:

1. Eat every 3 hours
2. Start one hour from rising
3. Stop eating 3 hours before bed

Frequent meals will help keep your metabolism running smoothly for the rest of the day. The key is eating five times throughout the day, separated by 3 hours. In other words, if you eat breakfast at 7am, have a snack at 10am, eat lunch at 1pm, have another snack at 4pm, and finally eat dinner at 7pm. You will finish off the day by having your treat which may be eaten with dinner, or anytime in the next 3 hours before bed. It’s up to you! This is a perfect eating schedule, and I strongly recommend you follow this time pattern closely.



I have to do this.
Im getting FAT even though my friends still claim that I am sexy and I am not fat, I still think that I am FAT! My boyfriend also says that I am not fat but I really do think that I am gaining some weight. From a 26 inches waist. I must lower it down to 24 inches. From 45 kilos, I must lower it down to 38.

I am now so paranoid. I know this is OA but I cant help. I see myself everyday and I can tell that I really gained some weight.

Since Wednesday I started doing some exercises. I stay for 30 mins on our exercising machine and after that I do 30x sit ups and 30x chest expander.

I admit I am exaggerating things. FORGIVE ME. :x
